Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Fabian Beljean, address and email as stated in the imprint, is responsible for the processing of your data on this website and in connection with my training plans and coaching.

2. What data I process and why

Website visit: This website is hosted by Netlify. Technical data such as your IP address and browser information is processed by the hosting provider to deliver the page.
Purchases: Plans are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad processes your payment and delivers the PDF. I receive order information such as your name, email address, country and the product you bought. I do not see your payment card details.
Coaching application: You apply through a form provided by Tally. I process the details you enter: first name, email, age, Instagram name (optional), football and training information, injuries and other health information, and for applicants under 18 the contact details of a parent or guardian. I use them to assess your application, to contact you and, if I accept you, to plan your training.

3. Legal basis

I process your data to carry out your purchase or application and, for health information and for minors, based on your consent (and your parent's or guardian's consent if you are under 18). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Who receives data

Service providers who process data on my behalf: Gumroad (payments and delivery), Tally (forms) and the hosting provider. Some of them are located outside Switzerland and the EU or EEA, including the USA. Where that is the case, the providers rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. I do not sell your data.

5. How long I keep data

Applications that are not accepted: deleted within 3 months.
Coaching data: deleted 12 months after the coaching ends.
Order and accounting records: kept for as long as the law requires (in Switzerland generally 10 years).

6. Cookies

I do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this page. Gumroad and Tally may set cookies on their own pages. Please check their privacy policies.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it, and you can object to processing. Write to me at the email address in the imprint. You can also complain to the data protection authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the purchase of my digital training plans (PDF) and to coaching offered by me, Fabian Beljean. Coaching is offered by application, in limited numbers, and its content and price are agreed individually.

2. Purchase and delivery

You buy plans through Gumroad. The price shown at checkout applies. You receive the PDF as a download directly after payment. Gumroad's own terms apply to the checkout.

3. Personal use

The plans are for your personal use. You may not share, resell, upload or publish them or parts of them.

4. Age

The plans and coaching are for players aged 16 and older. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parent or guardian.

5. Health and own risk

The plans are general training templates. They are not medical advice, not rehabilitation and not an individual assessment. I am not a certified trainer or a medical professional. If you have pain, an injury or a medical condition, get medical clearance first. Stop an exercise if it causes sharp pain. You train at your own risk and are responsible for performing the exercises safely.

6. No guaranteed results

Results depend on you. I do not guarantee any specific result.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use of the plans or from coaching, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Therwil, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a plan, write to me within 14 days of your purchase and I will refund the purchase price.

Refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Gumroad. How long it takes depends on your bank or card provider.

For coaching, the terms of any refund are agreed with you individually before you start.
